A filet of salmon is rubbed down with sea salt, cracked peppercorn, Hungarian paprika & lathered with lemon butter and herbs and delicately smoked on pecan wood.
A whole beef tenderloin is trimmed and then rubbed in clarified butter and a signature spice blend. Then it's carefully grilled with a blend of fruit woods until its medium rare to produce a succulent filet.
A signature spice rubbed boston butt is pulled apart easily after 12 hours of smoking on hickory wood. Then it's mopped with a two time award winning barbecue sauce.
Brined chicken is smoked on mesquite wood until fork tender. Then it's coated with a mix of fresh lemon, lime & orange zest spice and finished with a custom citrus sauce!
A tender and very seasoned boneless chicken thigh grilled on your choice of fruit wood, hickory, or a blend of wood. Then finished with a homemade pesto sauce!
Layer upon layer of creamy ricotta is met between pastry sheets and seafood. A medley of crab, lobster, shrimp & scallops are grilled, then topped with a special crust and baked to perfection. This one deserves a standing ovation!
A full roast is injected with spices, and then rubbed with clarified butter, kosher salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic, sage, onion puree & then it's cooked low and slow until fork tender.
